First of all - any errors, or mistakes are all mine !
As usual, while this and other projects have progressed I've tried to pull together what I hope will be considered useful reference material. For this project, and in in no special order:
- Guy of CycleMania Artworks in Black Diamond - compared to what he likes doing my paint requests are pretty boring, but he always comes through big and does great work
- Joe Haseloh of RPM Services Ltd. also near Okotoks - he handles the crankshaft rebuilding and machining that is required
- Reference documentation, service bulletins, sources, resources, parts listings, service manuals, tips, T500 engine and frame registry plus loads of other things are available on my Suzuki T & GT Resources Site
- The OJB blog has some additional build information on it on both this project and others
Finally - just to close out the story a bit. I bought this bike and a couple of others from Ross Friesen of Vernon, BC, who was selling off his collection due to illness. Sadly, I recenty learned that Ross passed away in May of 2011.
