Arai Motor Co., Ltd., Tokyo, 1953-55
新 井 自 動 車 株 式 会 社
An assembler, rather than a manufacturer, Arai used engines made by Mizuho Automobile Manufacturing Co.. The 1953 Teriya (テリヤ号) was an 88cc moped, and the 1954 Shinei (進栄号) was a 250cc OHV four stroke motorcycle. Arai was in business from 1953 through till early 1955, and production ceased when Mizuho brought out their own line of machines in 1955.
