I do not have any specific J or K model information, and so assume they were basically E1 General Export standard.
Note for Spain specifically, due to import restrictions K (and possibly J) GT750's were remodelled in France and then rebadged as French origin under the Roca cafe version - see the Specials section for photos.
Metal spark plug caps were used for the M, A and B models.
For the B model specifically, the smaller turn signals similar to those used on the GS400 were used front and rear.
The 'dog bone' style rear tail lamp was carried forward from the A series to the B, however although the lens itself was the same the rear tail light assembly itself was a different series part number from the E1 unit, perhaps due to different rear number plate sizes.
They all included the city driving bulb mounted in the side of the main reflector in the headlamp.
a front brake light switch was added to the A and B models
The left handlebar had a spring loaded 'pass' switch (57700-31610) seen in the photo to the right which was supplied by Mick Taylor
Gary Cobb sent me a photo of an Italian advertisement that appeared in late 1975 for the upcoming 1976 model A, and which showed it with alloy wheels. Whether this was a standard offering, or an optional upgrade has yet to be confirmed. It has been confirmed that in the UK, B models were upgraded by the distributor with alloy wheels to enhance the look and clear out the stock as the new GS models arrived, so it is possible something similar was being done in Italy. I'm sure more information will surface over time.
I have not located country specific parts listings for the L or M models.
Below are copies from the E21 Belgium (and E34 Italy and E53 Spain) specific parts list for the A and B models:
