The French J and K models were de-tuned (as compared to models sold in other countries) using a #92.5 main jet on the left and right and a #90 on the centre carburettors (rather than the standard #102.5 and #100). The part numbers for the carburettor assemblies were 13201-31613 (RH), 13202-31613 (center) and 13203-31613 (LH).
The air box was also a different part number although it isn't obvious what is different about it. For the M through B models, the tuning was E1 General Export standard.
Also - parts are listed as E4 specific which actually are the same part numbers as E1 - the centre mufflers and baffles for example - it just makes it confusing.
Below are copies from the French E4 specific parts list for the J and K models:
The 'European' style rear fender was introduced with the K model (63113-31600), and continued as standard French equipment (63113-31601 for the M and A and 63113-31700 for the B).
The rear combination tail lamp retained the 'dog bone' lens for the B model, unlike the square GS style that appeared on B models elsewhere outside of Europe, however while the lens was the same as used on the E1 specification, the rear tail lighht assembly was a different part number series on the M, A and B perhaps due to differences in rear number plate sizes.
I have not located country specific parts listings for the 'L' model.
The mirrors for the M, A and B models had a stepped shaft as seen to the right. The beauty of this design of course is that there is only one part number (56500-28600) for both sides of the handlebars - its surprising this was not more commonly offered elsewhere.
A city driving/safety lamp was fitted for all models sold (J through B), and the left side switch gear for the J and K has its own unique part number (57700-34600).
For the M, A and B models, the left handlebar had a spring loaded 'pass' switch (57700-31610) seen in the photo to the right which was supplied by Mick Taylor..
