1976 Suzuki GT750A Colours
The 1976 general export model came in six colours:
- Coronado Blue (also called Maui Blue, colour code 797)
- Candy Calypso Red (also called Ontario orange, colour code 00T)
- Jewel Grey (code 00A) in Europe.
- Flake Orange #2 (code 01A) in Europe
- Candy Gold #4 (code 288) in Europe
- and Candy Gypsy Red #3 (code 00J) in Europe

Two tank striping patterns are recorded: '998' using 019 (black tape) with 742 (silver metallic tape) and '60D' which used 764 (gold tape) with 019 (black tape) The metal radiator cover on the fuel tank was gloss black (019) and both a coolant warning and brake fluid warning decal were positioned on the tank - please see this page for additional details on label/decal locations for all models.
| The tank badges used block letters for the 'Suzuki' text, in raised chrome, and matt black fill between the letters and secured with two screws. The tops and bottoms of the letters extend just past the lower black background. The frame side covers said 'GT750' with the 'GT' having metallic orange fill in the letters with a polished surround. The numbers were raised and polished and a matt black painted fill was used to highlight both the letters and numbers. |
