First of all - any errors, or mistakes are all mine !
A few folks have either been inspirational, or have offered much appreciated suggestions and comments along the way. As well, while this and other projects have progressed I've tried to pull together what I hope will be considered useful reference material. For this project, and in in no special order:
- Fred Johansen - the Calgary Water Buffalo guru, and leader of our 'Loyal Order of Water Buffalo' sub-group of the Rocky Mountain chapter of the CVMG. Fred had stored this bike in boxes under his basement stairs for perhaps 15 years and asked me if I was interested in it as a winter project !
- Guy of CycleMania Artworks in Black Diamond which is just south of Calgary, Alberta (which is in Canada for those that don't know !) - compared to what he likes doing my paint requests are pretty boring, but he always comes through big and does great work
- Joe Haseloh of RPM Services Ltd. also near Okotoks - he handles the crankshaft rebuilding and machining that is required
- Reference documentation, service bulletins, sources, resources, parts listings, service manuals, tips plus loads of other things are available on my Suzuki T & GT Resources Site
- The OJB blog has some additional build information on it on both this project and others
